We specialize in flight bookings, and we also put together vacation packages for travellers who want the details handled for them. Meet the founder
Sumit Jha
Rooted in Edmonton, grown by travel.
Travel-O-Tangy was founded by Sumit Jha, an Edmonton business owner, lifelong traveller and a hiker at heart. Sumit has stood on enough trailheads, airport gates and unfamiliar street corners to know what a trip really needs: a fair price, a clear plan and someone to call when plans change.
His own trips have taken him to Peru, India, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, and hiking and cycling are usually part of the plan. That first-hand experience shapes the advice you get when you plan a trip with us.
Away from the airport, Sumit is a nature enthusiast, an animal lover and a keen gardener. He calls himself a dreamer and a believer, and he brings the same patience to travel that he brings to a garden. Good things grow when you look after them.
